Auckland Council will shortly commence a review and update of:
- GD01 Stormwater Management Devices in the Auckland Region
- GD04 Water Sensitive Design for Stormwater
As part of this process, we will be seeking input from Mana Whenua partners and a broad range of stakeholders, including the development community, industry practitioners, consultants, constructors, asset owners, proprietary device suppliers, and other users of these Guidance Documents.
Feedback channels have remained open since the publication of GD01 and GD04, and we acknowledge and appreciate the valuable input received to date. As part of this formal review, we welcome any further constructive feedback to help ensure the documents remain fit for purpose, practical, aligned with current best practice, and supportive of effective stormwater management outcomes across the Auckland region.
