Consent conditions are a vital part of any resource consent.
They restrict the activities that can be carried out under a resource consent to appropriately manage actual or potential adverse environmental effects.
The following conditions are standard consent conditions used by Auckland Council. They can be included in resource consent applications to appropriately avoid, remedy or mitigate adverse environmental effects.
Please note these conditions should only be used if they are relevant to the activity being proposed and to manage its actual or potential adverse effects.
Guidance on when to apply conditions are included in the guidance notes that accompany each condition.
