The placement of the building can impact on so many issues, that inevitably a trade-off will need to be made.  So what issues should be considered and how can they be prioritised? 

Early investigations and analysis of the site and its surround​ing neighbourhood should reveal any significant​ issues, and help inform  the choice of building type and apartment types.
