Mapi / MapsPrint

The following maps show the project site at broader landscape and local scales.

The maps identify sites and features of importance for the Mana Whenua groups which have occupied Tāmaki Makaurau across the millenia.

The maps also identify a number of the city centre waterways which have been covered over, but whose waters still run beneath the modern city form, including beneath the whenua you would be standing on at the project site.

Whakarongo, whakarongo, whakarongo mai, ki te maharatanga o ngā wai e rere mai, e rere atu rā!
Listen here to the memory of the waters that flow here, that flow away from here!
